Offer assumed his leadership position with LACHS in 2010, when he came on board as the Chairman of CAL Cargo Airlines. He focuses on spearheading the company’s strategic expansion.
Winner of the 2005 Israeli Manufacturers Association annual award, Offer is a well- known leader in the industrial arena, offering LACHS tremendous global management experience.
For over 10 years, he was CEO and Partner in the controlling group of Bagir Ltd., a global conglomerate with over 3,000 employees in 7 countries, manufacturing and distributing high quality innovative tailored clothing to world class retailers including M&S and Brooks Brothers.
Previously, Offer acted as Deputy CEO of Canit Hashalom Ltd., (otherwise known as The Azrieli Group) one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Israel. He also spent 6 years as Managing Director at Delta Textiles in London.
Offer holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is an active member of the Israeli Bar Association, holding an LLB from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
As Chairman of LACHS Executive Committee, Muli defines corporate strategy and plays a critical role in the company’s growth.
A seasoned business development professional, Muli has held senior roles in key businesses including CEO at IPC Oil & Gas, CEO at Credit-Suisse Israel, President and COO at Ericom Software, Head of Private Equity at Singer Barnea Investment House and Assistant to the Director General at the Ministry of Finance.
Muli holds both an MBA and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
